Rent

Rent is paid directly to us on the first of every month. The preferred method is standing order or you can pay by cash on the day. If you prefer to pay by cheque please post this 5 days before the rent due date to ensure it reaches us in time.

Rent is calculated on a per calendar month basis.

Referencing

All tenants have to go through a referencing procedure. The referencing costs £95 per person for individuals and £70 per person where there is more than one tenant. This has to be paid once you have decided to rent a particular property. We will take the property off the market as soon as the referencing procedure is commenced. The referencing process covers a credit check, employment check, bank/building society, current living status and personal details. This ensures that you are fully able to move in shows the landlord that you can afford the rent and it provides a rent guarantee to the landlord.

The fee covers all administration costs and getting you ready to move into the property.
